Hi all :).
Okay so, I have this ex who I actually still have really strong feelings for, it's been about 5 months since we broke up, and I miss him all the time. We're still really good friends and I'm glad we are because he means the world to me. Anyway, we hang out sometimes, and today was one of those days... we were out with my best friend (Steph) and two of his friends (Kyle and Spencer) and we went to this bridge and just sat there. My ex (Sam) lay down on the floor and had his head on my lap, looking up at me. When we were together, we used to do this thing where we stuck our tongues out and then one of us would lick the other's tongue (weird, I know), and he stuck his tongue out, I returned and he licked my tongue, which kinda freaked me out and I got butterflies. After that, he lay back and kept looking up at me and smiling, we made loads of eye contact and it was almost like we were going to kiss (but we didn't). That went on for about 10 minutes, then he stood up and pulled me up with him, and me, him, Steph, Kyle and Spencer went for a walk. We stopped by some ramps and Kyle and Spencer were messing around on their bikes, and Sam came over and hugged me. At that point, Steph said "You're perfect together, get back together, you really do suit!" and he smiled and looked like he was going to consider it. We then went for another walk and he put his arm around me like he used to when we were together...
I'm just wondering if he might genuinely still have feelings for me? Or if he's just flirting because he can?
EDIT: Just a bit of an update, he texted me after school asking if I was out and when I said no, he asked when I'm next out, he seemed happy when I told him I may be out tomorrow :).
