Rarely. My friends and I tried to see who could last longer without fapping for a month (honor system). We all lost within a week LOL.

I think its better if you wait it out. Once every other day jerks feel better (to me) than once a day, but of course its a matter of willpower. If you can will yourself and think about something else I def recommend once every other day xD.
