Ok so there is this girl i like and i dont know if im her type and every time i talk to her i get a boner cuz her voice is so sweet and idk how to ask her out can u plz help me?

First off don't care what she thinks. She's a human being, just like you. Second, don't worry about your boner. She probably doesn't or won't care. Third, if you get rejected, there's plenty of fish in the sea. Third, girls think exactly like guys. Exactly. The only difference is that girls are scared of people thinking their sluts.

Now the rules are established, here's the real advice.

First, don't be nervous. What ever you say, if you act like it's a big deal, she's going to think it's a big deal. Your nervous because you put her on a pedestal. Second, tell her she's cute. Even if you don't ask her out, it primes her up. She's a self conscious teenage girl and even if she might not act like it, she feels or thinks she's ugly. If a random girl, even the fattest, ugliest girl in the world tells you your cute how would you feel?

Third, don't just ask her out right off the bat. Get into a conversation about her. Tell her she's really cute/hot/beautiful (it doesn't really matter), then ask her out. It will raise your chances.
