Which Laptop to Get?

So I am caught picking between 2 good laptops.

The second one is this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hp-Pavilion-Dv6-6104nr-15-6-1-8GHz-Quad-Core-4GB-640GB-Laptop-/350562747803?pt=Laptops_Nov05&hash=item519f2b059b#ht_1383wt_1076) one.

The first is not basically new, but I am not sure which one to get. Any advice?

Toshiba, always fucking Toshiba.

Those Phenoms are slow, even though they're quad core processors.

Toshiba is in better condition and comes with a much better warranty, go for the Toshiba.

I decided to get the Toshiba, and I am hoping I won't regret it.

I doubt I will though, it has FUCKING edge lit keys. That's bad ass. :P
