There is no way to tell for sure, I would have to see these (AND I AM IN NO WAY WANTING TO, RESPECTFULLY) I would suggest you go and see your physician about this, who knows...it could be something but that is why you go to a GP.

I would let your parents know as well, I mean, it isn't like you had sex, just as you said.

Say "Mom, Dad I think I need to go to the doctor" and explain yourself right like that, tell you haven't had sex and you are worried because you have no idea what it might be.
