testiculs are not expanding

Ever since i had a physical exam, and the doctor checked my testiculs, they have been in very minor pain, and not expanding when they probaly would, can someone please explain this to me? btw im pretty sure i dont have cancer, cause he was squeezing them pretty hard. hurts

I think he means when they drop. Not really expanding, more lowering...but I think that is what he is aiming at.

Are they in minor pain all day, all the time or very frequently? By "not expanding", do you mean that the skin doesn't loosen up and they stay closer to your body (not hang)?

I think not hanging is normal, mine don't hang very often unless im just out of the shower.

Mine only hang when they're a bit hot, which is normal. Your balls could be lower or more close to your body depending on the temperature:

Cold - close to your body to get heat
Warm - away from your body to get away from heat

I want to let the original poster know that if the pain is constant ever since you went to him or very frequent, talk to a doctor immediately! This can't be a sign of something good.

lol....when i was little.....i got a physical everytime i went to the doctor(once a year).....anyhow this one time he touched my penis....so i pissed all over him!:)

my balls hang 23 hours a day. the only time they dont hang is when im swimming
