idk i kind of like the effects. and they arent in every picture so its bot like its excessive. its just that theres a time to use them and a time not to. i dont think you over or under did it at all though. i really like them. :)

I like the second one, partially cause you didn't use the effects. They're good otherwise though :)

1. Don't use a flash on a mirror, ever.
2. The effects make it look like any photo you'd see from a 13 year old girl on Facebook.
3. A focal point makes a photo appealing because there's something for your eye to settle on. In most of these, it is the flash (or the wall in the last one). Focus on what you want your viewer to see.
4. On the second, don't overexpose. It's pretty but I want to see the details rather than just white space where your nose should be.

The second one is the best but still could use a lot of work. Practice without editing. Don't edit until you have a raw image that is good. If you're really into photography, read about composition and lighting. Those will help you a lot.
