A friend recently had a growth spurt. he got about 3 inches taller and more muscular in a couple of months. his testicles and penis got a lot bigger too. i haven't really had a growth spurt yet. when guys do have them can there be a big difference in how they happen?

You can get a growth spurt, or multiple ones for that matter, from any time during puberty. There is no set time, like everything else, and no guarantee on what will happen when. So yes, there can be a great variety for this.

There is no set time for them. They just...happen haha
