The title says all. There's a muscle inside my left arm that I can feel twitichg right now. It's near my elbow, the bottom-inner part of my arm. It's extremely bothersome. The twitching is making my middle finger twitch as well, which just adds to the irritation.
It isn't due to lack of sleep for caffeine because I have had no caffeine lately and I slept til 11 today.
Also, this isn''t the first time this has happened to me. I get random twitches all over, from my eyelid to my ankle to my upper arm to my collarbone-area.
Any idea why this might be? Or is this normal?

I can't say what it is but I get it quite a lot as well. My eye, mouth, the elbow one you have so I would assume it was quite normal. For me usually it goes away after a while so I just ignore it when it happens which is hard but I haven't found anything you can do to stop it.

Eat something with a lot of Potassium, like a banana. That should help.

This is usually caused by lack of sleep or by stress. I find that when I am stressed, I twitch a lot more because I tend to tense up a lot (so I have a lot of issues with it in my back). There's not much you can do about it most times except wait for it to pass and try to relax a bit more.
Also, even if it's not lack of sleep, you may not be getting the best sleep which can cause this too.
At least, this is what I've been told and experienced.

Yeah this, however may also be neurological, If it persists I would see a doctor for examination.

Like Magenta says. "This is usually caused by lack of sleep or by stress. I find that when I am stressed, I twitch a lot more because I tend to tense up a lot".
