Okay so this has been going on for a while. My bones seem to be cracking an awful lot these days, most notably in my knees and elbows... although it can happen with any bone and is almost daily... other notable ones are fingers. Is this normal or is there something weird going on here?

It happens. It's probably just cause you're growing and your body goes out of proportion for a while before going back into proportion.

When you're 'cracking' your bones, do you mean fracturing or having them make popping/creaking sounds?

Sorry, no more like popping and creaking, they make an audible cracking sound usually. It occasionally hurts, especially if it needs to crack but doesnt or if it needs to do it when Im moving the part of my body...

Well, you're 15 and should be having a growth spurt, I believe that this is probably normal.

It's nothing serious, I do the same thing every day like it's a ritual. Have been for years. Only worry if it's causing you extreme pain.

Ahhh, another teenager growing issue.. it hurts, right? It's better than hips being damaged like I have, my hip bones but little crushed.. stupid fall from path.
