Sensitive Head - what should I do?

My penis is absolutely fine when my foreskin is covering it, but when I roll the foreskin back, even the shower is really annoying on my penis. If I touch it it feels very sensitive. How can I reduce the sensitivity?

Note: As said before, it is absolutely fine if the foreskin is covering it

Well to be honest if you have it out more then yes you will loose sensitivity because with friction ect.

What I do suggest is you leave it alone in terms of forcing a change of sensitivity. It's not a bad thing and can make things much more pleasurable. Do not try any forceful techniques to change sensitivity as it's your penis and you might damage it.

Best advice leave it alone and don't change whats not broken.

Most loose sensitivity through washing anyway but don't do anything stupid.

It's meant to be sensitive when your foreskin it retracted, so all of this is normal. As long as it's not sensitive when your foreskin is covering it then you have nothing to worry about. If the shower irritates it, don't run it straight under the water, splash water over it with your hands.

Same with me when I started pulling my foreskin back about 2 years ago. Just have it exposed more and soon you'll be able to touch it without you flinching/squirming.

the only way to do this is to pull it back and rub it. it could be so sensitive it hurts but thats what you have to do. i was the same way.

I'm super sensitive also. I guess just keep it covered is the only thing you can do. I think if it makes you cum too fast during sex they can give you a cream to numb it.

It probably has something to do with your foreskin always covering your head. When I was first able to pull back my foreskin the head was a bit sensitive but after a while it got better. My advice would be to just try and keep the foreskin back a lot and let your head be exposed. That way it will eventually not be so sensitive.
