Okay, today at school my guidance teacher asked my sister if I self harm. I have recently done the salt and ice challenge. My sister told my guidy that it was just the burn from the salt and ice challenge. My guidy then phoned my mum, and said someone in my year went directly to her and said they are concerned that I may be self harming. They can't tell me who it was that told her, but everyone in my year already knows I have did the salt and ice challenge. Three people have seen my cuts, I thought I had lied my way out of it but obviously I haven't! Please if there is any advice you could give me! I need help before 6pm tonight!xxx

Maybe you should tell them. They could help you deal with it because it's so much harder having to go through it alone. It's good to talk to people about what you feel like and sometimes it's okay not to lie and tell them the whole truth.
Can you trust your Guidence councelor?

No, my sister has no idea I self harm!
Don't worry guys, I have decided, on tuesday I am going to talk to my guidy and tell her I self harm. I am really scared though!:(
