Sorry to hear about that, and you shouldn't beat yourself up too much. Easier said than done tho, as you said.

So in addition to following your own advice, I would think about getting some anti-anxiety/depression medication. Because by suddenly not cutting, these negative emotions have become bottled inside you.

This medication will help relieve the pain. It sure helped me alot. I hope it does the same for you.

You posted a message on my thread and one part stood out to me and it helped.. A lot in fact. I don't know what I might've done but I'm doing ok right now just because I'm not trying to understand.. I'm afraid if I had understood I might have followed him instead. So thanks and I'm glad you are alive for at least just this post-
