So I found out my parents know that I masterbate, but the worst thing is that when I was looking in the history for a site I visited earlier and found that my mum had been searching "cure for masterbation" which shocked me because they actually want me to stop! Has anyone else had something like this happen to them? Thanks

My parents found out about 2 years ago. This is what I did, hope this works for you too.

I played cool for about 4-5 weeks, like I never masturbated in the first place. I did things like keep my bedroom door open, take quicker showers, and hang out with my friends more. Keep myself looking busy pretty much.

Then when they weren't home or asleep (I usually wake up around 4:30-5 AM) I'd masturbate.

I'd be more concerned if they were under the impression that their hormonal, teenage son did not masturbate. Hate to say it, but all of your parents are aware that you masturbate, it's a part of life, and our generation is not the first to practice it, neither was theirs.

My mom understands that guys need their "Private time" (you know what I mean) Its nice to know she understands that a hormonal teenage boy will masturbate, but it can make things awkward at times.
Just tell your mom that masturbating is a part of life for most teenage boys. Hopefully she understands.

I once caused the computer to get a virus, so they looked at the history and found out. However, they don't care too much. You've got to remind them (although it might seem gross in your mind), they were kids too, and they probably did the same thing. My mom caught me yesterday (I don't know if she realized, I think she did), but we just went on as if nothing had happened. No big deal.

Your parents are just trying to make sure the porn thing doesnt get too unhealthy, theres nothing wrong with masturbating, just make sure it isnt too obvious. i.e clean up after yourself and try not to use the family computer.
