So how do you stay fit?? Working out and eating healthy

What to eat: egg whites, chicken breasts, lean steak, fish, oats, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, yams, broccoli

When to eat:all the time

What not to eat:u can pretty much tell what not to eat

What workouts do you do? i do my own or ones i find online

How long? about an hour to an hour and a half

Advice to lose weight: weight comes off in the kitchen, not the gym. if u dont eat right u wont see results

Any other notes: everything takes time

What to eat: Not junk food. Well, minimize junk food. As much as you hate them, lots of veggies.

When to eat: When you're hungry! (never when you're not)

What not to eat: Just minimize junk food. You can still have some, but don't go binging.

What workouts do you do? Mostly upper body (my leg is injured) and boxing.

How long? An hour, give or take.

Advice to lose weight: Don't use a scale, use a tape measure. Scales vary based on stupid things like how hot it is and the last time you pissed. Tape measures only show your body size.

Any other notes: Well, believe it or not, check out some pro-ana websites. I know that anorexia is not a healthy way to lose weight, but some of the tips there are useful if you apply them correctly. Some examples:
Drink water, it fills you up when you are hungry
When you're sitting, shake your leg, tap a pencil, never stop moving.
-Chew sugar free gum or mints constantly. This burns calories by chewing
Tea and Coffee are good drinks, so long as you don't bombard them with cream/milk and sugar. The caffeine is great for raising metabolism.

So how do you stay fit?? work out at the gym 5 times/week

What to eat: depends on what your goals are, i myself who do alot of weightlifting want to eat alot of protein to rebuild the muscle after my workouts

When to eat: after you work out is good, other then that there are so secfific times to eat.

What not to eat: as long as your body don't get harmed by eating it, eat it.
but still remember that you need to check so you get what u need everyday.

What workouts do you do? to many to list here

How long? usaly @ the gym for 1-1.5 hours

Advice to lose weight:eat less energy then you use

Any other notes: read your own instruction manual, learn how your body works when it comes to food and execise. it will help alot
