Recently my shoulder muscles or well... If you put your middle finger into your armpit and pinch the front with your thumb.. That. They've both been hurting. It could have something to do with PE at school, I never exercise in the holidays and I havnt for 4 weeks and the first seasion back we do loads of sprinting. I think that's the cause but if anyone has any other ideas do tip in.
Any advice for healing them?

Icing and an anti-inflammatory... talk to the trainer at your school and if they still are sore within a week I would call your general practitioner and schedule an appointment to get seen.

You're probably just sore. It's a bitch, but it should go away. Like Robert said, ice and rest. Also, it may feel weird, but a little massage can really help you out.

Yeah mate can take a few days for it to stop hurting after exercise. I personally don't mind it, makes me feel like Ive done a good workout, but can get annoying. Just rest, and Ice if you feel the need too. As Dimitri said, if it does not get better in around 7 days see a doctor or a trainer.

1. Ice for Five minutes
2. Heat for Five minutes
3. Repet

You are just contradicting the ice and the heat by doing that. Ice should only be used for 72 hours after the initial pain, and then using heat should be considered. Ice, rest and it should go.

Have you had unprotected sex? It could be Chlamydia you know, but then again it could be as simple as exercise.
