Pre-cum is a natural cleaner for the interior of the urethra. The urethra will have residual urine along the lining, which will kill sperm which is traveling through it; so your body produces pre-cum, which contains small amounts of sperm, to clear the path for the semen, so that the sperm in the semen will not be killed when you ejaculate.
