I have recently realized that the commonly used heart "<3" isn't an actual icon. I have seen the other heart :heart:but I think it would be benificial to have another one or maybe just use <3 as that heart instead.

What do you think?

I agree with this.

Since it won't hurt I don't see the harm.

However perhaps it's not greatly needed but if others want it I see no harm in it because I support it.

Naw <3 is still the best. I dnt know any other hearts, cbf to type :heart: either :l

If it can be done, then it's fine but if not, no big deal, I don't really use that heart anyway, I usually just use this: <3

I personally like the look of "<3" as opposed to the picture of the heart. I don't think this is really necessary.

I was hoping to change it to like the heart that is like on Facebook, the black heart that comes up when you enter <3 in a status or comment.

It would not look good on all themes, that's something you need to make sure about. If VT was going to change the heart.

Now that that is cleared up, do we really have a good emoticon? Can it be changed for the better?

the suggested one doesn't fit the other emoticons on the site and really I just don't feel we need to fix something that isn't broken at all
