But three months. It's the longest I've been free for a while. Even though most of the time I've been urged to do so with all the things and changes I managed to stay free. For the most part, the dad cancer thing didn't do much to my wrists or legs. I just wanted to thank everyone :) love you all

This is great news. I highly recommend something like a rubber band to snap on yourself when you feel the urge or take a really really hot shower. I have found that this curbs my cutting appetite. Best of luck to you friend.
