I can guarantee that you're not the only person that feels like that, even if you actually are small when you're flaccid then it's not the end of the world. A lot of people are growers rather than showers, meaning that their penis grows a lot when they get erect compared to showers that only grow a small amount from flaccid-erect. I understand that it can be embarrassing if you're in locker rooms or some other similar situation and people may think that you have a small penis, but there's nothing you can do about it - unless you want to try and maintain a contstant semi-erection.

There are two types of erections: Showers and Growers
Showers are those who maintain a relatively large size even when soft, but barely grow any bigger when hard. for example: you may have a 8 inch boner, you happen to be 5 inches when soft.

Growers are when you are relatively small in comparison to your erect size. So if you are say, 3 inches when soft but can have a 8 in boner, then you are a grower.

Also, this isn't always that way. Sometimes you can shift from being a shower or a grower. Hope this helps.

Sometimes it's better to be kinda small when you are soft. I have 3 inches when I'm soft, and I hope it doesn't get any bigger. I really don't like to bulge. :eek:

Dude your not the only one who feels this way. I know what its like as well. I play baseball and when im in the locker room I see these guys whose penis is like huge and they are totally soft and im like maybe 2.5in when soft, but I dont let it bother me. Everyone is different and many of my friends are small just like me. It works when it needs to and ive never had any complaints when Ive had sex.

Don't worry, your perfectly fine. The guys you see at the gym might look like that, but I'm sure there are loads of other people from around that world that are just like you. Everyone is different and your still normal no matter what you look like :)

dude dont worry your a grower not a shower some people look big when they are soft and it basically shows off what they have so they are showers some people including me are growers we look smaller when we are soft but when hard we look way bigger in comparison to when we arnt soft nothing uncommon

Also, a lot of it depends on the gym shorts. I've got this pair of Nike running shorts, and if I go commando in them, it looks like I am packing major heat down there.

Let's just say that is not the image I want to project, so I make sure I wear tight undies if I wear those shorts in public.

And I've seen my best friend when he is soft; he is smaller than I am. But we are both the same size when we are chubbed up. So in the end, it's all good. :)

6.3 is pretty big. Would you rather have a large soft one and a small hard one instead? Consider yourself lucky, most guys are average or small on both categories.
