Ok so this is without a doubt the best way to get any girl/guy's number. You walk up to them sometime and go:

"yo shawwty let me get dem digits!"

If she/he gives you their number, there you go. If not, you just play it off cool.
This is fool-proof. If you don't think it will work, try it and see for yourself. If you don't think it will work but you don't want to try it, explain to me your reasoning behind your opinion.

lol, if someone were to walk up to me and say that, I would not only laugh at them, but I would ask them what makes them feel the audacity to ask me for my phone number. First of all, earning a phone number is a privilege and to earn that phone number you gotta give respect to get it.

Contradiction. And to tell you the honest truth, especially if you barely know a person, you would lose their respect, the only thing you'd earn is a punch to the face.
