Normal way: let it go over your head all friends argue now and then
The Rock way: Rock bottom him, do the peoples elbow and make sure you have a crowd of 20,000+ cheering as you pin him

Urrr I think the "Normal way" as rock said would work. All friends fight, some mroe than others and you can be the best friends ever and still have disagreements.
I don't know why you got pissed at him though? It doesn't sound like he did anything wrong so that probably didn't help matters but next time calm down a little more and take things as a joke rather than to seriously.
I say be the bigger person here and start talking to him. It's no good if you both ignore each other and if you want to carry on with this to spite each other then that's fine but try being a little mature and get over the situation and hopefully he'll follow. It was definitly immature of him not to give you the questions when you asked for them I mean it's not too much trouble but surely you had other people to ask? If so then just leave him to be a child and talk to someone else for a bit and next time avoid the argument.
