I've seen it a lot, and it doesn't make sense. I mean, if I'm typing something and I make an error, I click the "undo" option.
In order to be "un" circumcised, wouldn't one have to be circumcised first?
:what:

LOL. I know it's improper but that's what they call it. You just have to get used to it. In this case, "un" is "not".
-Case dismissed.

Un just means not in this case.....plus the english language is really stupid and hard to learn! Did you know that out of the world, we (americans) test one of the lowest in english?!?!?!?!? Well its true, everyone knows our language better than we do, so to summarize....english sucks! Dont question it! Move on!

When people say uncut or uncircumcised it's the same as saying not cuter not circumcised, and they are still intact meaning they still have a foreskin to help cover the glans of their penis it help prevent irritation.

Probably. It's a peer pressure thing. Even though it's entirely improper grammar, no one is really willing to do much about it (or maybe they're just lazy.)
"Intact" or "whole", from what I've been reading is more accurate, but maybe those terms are too new.
Maybe time will tell.
