There is nothing I could say to make your situation easier. It's just something your born with (in my opinion, despite my spiritual beliefs.) if you end up getting exposed, the people who don't change are really worth keeping around. Friendships and family shouldn't depend on sexuality. It's not something you can help or control. And my advice is not to attempt to. Many have ended up killing themselves because they refused to accept their orientation and attended a "come to Jesus" camp that tries to make them straight. DO NOT do this. And don't let anyone pressure you into doing this. It will only cause damage to you emotionally. (I know, I've been down this road somewhat.)

If you absolutely for sure want to come out, I recommend coming out to a good friend that you have no romantic feelings for. If all goes well and you have good friends who won't gossip, they will support you and help you come out further. And finally, the parents. I personally see this more optional depending on your relatioship with them. If its not so great and they neglect you or are abusive, i dont think its their bussiness to knoe personally. I wish you the best of luck. Whatever you do with your secrets is up to you. :)
