Dang, sorry to hear that. Thats a toughy, I would probably move on, but still wait at the same time. If that makes any sense. I mean, if you wait and dont go out with anyone, then you just wont have anyone to go out with. So, if you moved on, you could have someone to go out with, but I would still keep in check with their relationship status so if they were to break up and you still liked her, you could ask her out.
