The Court of Arbitration has ordered that the BOA lifts its' lifetime Olympic ban for drugs cheats.
This means that drug cheats like Dwain Chambers and David Miller can compete if they qualify.
What do you think of this? Should they be allowed to compete or is it morally wrong to let them compete?
