I think it is just part of the puberty growing up process, if you are really concerned about this I suggest you mention it to your Physician next time you see him/her. They would know exactly what to do and how to go about it.

During puberty your body changes.

It is really not uncommon that you get "man boobs". Usually they go away with regular diet and active lifestyle. They are also known to go away towards the end of puberty. It is natural and some view it as "your body making a mistake".

This is nothing to worry about.

I have this, and, if you've had them this long, it probably isn't just part of puberty. You may have Gynomastisia (I think that's how you spell it). See a doctor. You can get surgery done on it.

It's a build up of extra tissue and skin. Not fat.

I hope this helped. I struggled getting help for so long.

It's completed normal, it happens during puberty. I do not know why, but I've read that it happens to a lot of guys in puberty. Probably because of the hormones.

This is a fairly normal part of puberty and should go away within a few years. It is a bit abnormal to have it for this long, however, and it may be gynecomastia. If it persists after puberty ends, or if it causes you and embarrassment, you should see your doctor, who could give you medication or refer you to a surgeon. If necessary, this can be easily treated with surgery.
