Products such as clearisil usually work quite well but remember to wash regularly and thoroughly. What i felt helped mine was having them popped and then washing the area with antiseptic and showering, it cut down the amount of break outs and stuff.

Also if this doesn't help much go to see your doctor, mine put me on an antibiotic which helped stop the amount of breakouts also, my skin is pretty much clear now.

I would go talk with a Dermatologist. I had acne all over my face, ears, back, neck, and shoulders. He put me meds right away, and I have been on meds for a year and a month now, and its almost all gone. I dont have any one my face other than just these few small little blackheads on my nose, and just a few on my back. Anytime I break out, I get 1-2 bumps within 1-2 months.

Unless your acne is very mild you won't get rid of it by using skin care products. I used to have acne, and i used almost every skin care product out there, but none of them worked. Antibiotics were just a temporary fix as well, and you can't take them forever.

I got rid of it in the end, but what you have to do is change your diet and lifestyle, because what I found out is that's what's causing the hormone imbalance that is responsible for it. It took me a couple of months, but i've never had any problems since. The free guide on this site Acne diet site (http://bestacneproductsx.org) showed me the right way to start getting rid of it.

You can use store bought product's but chances are it is getting into its more severe stages. This is when it's time to contact your doctor. If you contact your doctor he or she will be able to subscribe something stronger for you to use.

Also keeping clean will help to prevent pours blocking but at the age you are you just need to go with the flow.

Like I said contact your doctor and he will sort something out for you. But don't worry as it's perfectly normal as it's a part of puberty and a lot of people get it.

Hope this helps
Derri.

Just make sure to scrub back there really good with your soap or body wash.
