Three points you'd need to work on:
Anatomy: Your fairy anatomy is definitely oversimplified and quite erroneous. If you want to properly draw human-like figures, you need to learn the basics about anatomy: proportions, shapes, structures of the human body. It is true even if you don't plan to go on realism - a proper understanding of the human figure is a must even in deformed/heavily stylized works.
Volumes: You need to study perspective and basic 3D shapes like spheres, cubes, or pyramids, and how they can be represented on paper. Your "tree and Butterfly" doesn't really work, because every element seem flat. In a similar way, consider playing with shading to underline the depth.
Draw from Life: Draw real-life subjects - buildings, animals, people, whatever. Try to make your drawing as accurate as possible. Don't spend more than 30mins on a given sketch; this will force you to focus on essentials.
I won't give a numeric quote - I don't like that. My advice would be to work on improving your technical skills.
