Ya that's perfectly normal what your probably seeing is the either dried remains of semen that has collected under your foreskin. Nothing to worry about, if it is a bother to you. Just gently pull back your foreskin and rinse it with clean warm water. ~ Swagging god

You've got the cleaning part, but it's called smegma, it's not dried semen. Smegma is an oily residue that builds up under the foreskin, it's not harmful and you shouldn't worry about it. Just retract your foreskin and wash gently when you're washing yourself. Don't let it build up too much because that could possibly lead to infection, but otherwise it's nothing to be worried about, happens to everyone (who is uncircumcised).

it can get a bit smelly if you don't wash there. even though i'm cut it's very loose and i make sure to wash every time i take a shower

i have a loose cut so some foreskin left that covers a little of my penis head, and yeah it can be under the ridge.

yea you just probably need to wash underneath your foreskin

As others have said, just pull it back and give it a quick wash while in the shower and you'll be sweet (y).
