Just get the standard size. A cashier won't say anything to you, and if they do that's just their own unprofessional input and doesn't mean anything. There is no age limit on buying condoms in the US, so you're fine.

Just a standard one like most condom. Only some brands like magnum sells XL... I haven't seen a condom for tiny penises..

The standard size is best when going to buy for the first time. After that it will give you a feel for any changes in size you need. (if any)

EDIT: A lot of UK stores now a days have store policies that won't sell condoms to minors. You apparently in some stores need to be 16.

Standard size should do if not next time you can purchase a bigger size. Sadly, a lot of the self-checkouts have someone monitoring, generally to make sure nothing is stolen.

They still know what you buy, but you just save the pain of actually having someone else scan it.

It isn't like buying shoes. They're all pretty much the same size. You don't need to know your condom size, because condoms don't really come in sizes. Latex is very stretchy, so even if your dick is thick as fuck, the condom will stretch over it as you roll it down onto your penis. As for length, a fully unrolled condom is like 8 inches long, but that doesn't matter because you just roll it down all the way to the base of your cock and the unrolled part just stays there rolled up. A guy with an average sized penis will have 2 - 3 extra inches of condom rolled up as the base of his dick as he's fucking.

The whole "Magnum" condom thing is pretty much a marketing ploy to get people to buy their condoms so they feel like they have a big dick. For example, a regular trojan condom is 7.9 inches (200 mm) long and 2.1 inches (53 mm) wide, and a "Magnum" condom is 8.1 inches (205 mm) long and 2.2 inches (56 mm) wide. Do you really think that the extra 0.2 inches in length or the extra 3 mm in width is going to make any kind of noticeable difference? No, it's not.

Anyway, unless a guy has a very, very small cock or a very, very, very big cock, the condoms you buy at the drug store will fit you just fine. If you fill a condom with water it can stretch out to about the size of your lower leg. Just about any guy can fit into one. The only time I think you might run into a problem is if you have a really, really small or a really skinny penis because the condom needs to grip your cock somewhat tightly so it doesn't slip as you fuck, especially if you lube it up inside or get lots of precum.

So go buy your condoms, and ignore the lame-ass "magnum" marketing BS. It's basically a condom for guys who are insecure about their penis size. So lame.
