I'm thinkin about going to the gym but I was just wondering what the locker rooms like. Who all do you see and stuff.

Depending on if your school requires showers or not.. If they do you'll most likely see naked guys, if they don't then you will see guys down to their underwear/boxers. Some are more comfortable than others and will show anything, but most likely everybody will be nervous and try to hide everything for the first few days or weeks (for school)

At the gym, you'll see naked guys no matter what. Probably less teens because as stated earlier, they are nervous, but ya.

If you are talking about what you see on men and all that, then it's different for a school locker room and a gym locker room.

A school locker room you'll most likely just see guys in their boxers or whatever underwear they wear. In my experience, guys at that age don't like to get naked in front of other guys and think it's weird if you do get completely naked. So in a school locker room, all you'll really see is a bunch of guys in their underwear.

Now, a gym locker room is completely different. Most guys honestly don't care about being naked. If you go in one, you'll see guys in towels, in their undewear, completely naked. You'll see guys butts, penises, balls, and everything else. lol

As for the layout, it's different in different places. Some locker rooms just have lockers and benches, some have lockers, benches, urinals, stalls, showers, etc. Just depends.

In a gym locker room you're bound to see some naked guys, people are just much more comfortable, whereas in a school setting, guys will probably be more nervous. In gym locker rooms that "nervousness" is usually minimized because it's people that are there by choice, not by force. You'll see people not even noticing that they (or you) are naked.

I agree with Eric in that most gym locker rooms are different than school....the one I have been to around home is carpeted, has a sauna and whirlpool and hot tub...things like that....every one is more casual than at school ... the older you get the more comfortable i guess you get with being naked around other males...its really no big deal...except A LOT older guys there ...some really buff and some really NOT buff and rather flabby and wrinkly, but that is what age does i guess....don't worry you won't be alone as a teen either I don't think as especially during the summer, a lot of guys from school use the health facility around me

I'm in the UK and our school showers - we had to from year 7 on and then almost everyone just does anyway. It may be because we have really decent hot showers and they are great to warm up in, but I'd hate to change back while I was all sweaty or muddy.

At the leisure centre its a mix. Some guys wear towels to the showers most don't. Some guys do that weird thing keeping the towel around while they pull their underwear on, most don't bother.

I'm from the uk, Most of the younger guys at my gym don't shower after they workout, I think most are like me and just wait until they are home. I drive straight from the gym back home anyway so it's not much of a difference.

A lot of the old people that go shower though and I think that's the reason the younger ones don't! It seems the older the person the more they try and get their junk right in your face, the amount of times I've been tying my shoes in the locker room and look up to see something rather unsightly a few inches away from my face is rather off putting to say the least!

Pretty much summed it up above. I think there should be an under 40 locker room and an over 40 locker room. Guys under 40 aren't willing to walk around butt naked as much as over 40
