So?:)
Mine so far are Requiem for a Dream, À l’Intérieur, Martyrs (tho i find the story crap) and movie "Bad Taste".I remember watching the last one, about 5 years ago, it was damn hot in the house, and i was eating...and this scene below came up.I almost puked lol, and i've watched since lot "worse" movies with torture and stuff, and it never bothers me.

It's an Austrian film.

I forgot about that one.But i didn't like the story very much. The reason for them doing any of that, well, i guess it just makes it even more disturbing. :)

The Woman. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1714208/)
Ugh, this movie. This is the most disturbing thing I've ever seen and I've seen stuff like Human Centipede I & II, and A Serbian Film. Those ones are gross, but this just seeps into your mind and damages your psyche.

Did you see the original or the remake? And either way, you saw it? I thought I was the only one :P

Yeah, i saw it, thought it would be fun...Remake.Original as i've heard is the same, just different actors. Its probably a bit better as most originals are, but i already know the story, so...
I love(d) to watch horrors, a lot actually, but i don't watch them now as much as before.
Anyways...remembered few, so ill add...The Divide and The Loved Ones (which is actually really good, and enough disturbing to be fun :) )
Mortal Coil
April 28th, 2012, 12:00 AM
Yeah, the original is better. Better actors, and wordplay makes more sense in the original german. You really should check them out.
Would Saw have a place on this thread? or is it too... meh? How about The Shining?

The shining and the exorcist from the 70's.
Those are creepy to the extreme

I might will, thank you :) I watched trailer for it earlier, obviously better actors.
Yeah, i guess. There are few disturbing scenes in Saw, more than others.Like the one when they have to use their blood (cut their arms) to open the door.Don't remember what part that was tho.
The Shining, well, idk, not for me at least, but well...your choice :).Probably can add The Mist too, cause of the ending, which i actually liked. But i like most of Stephen King movies :).
Mortal Coil
April 28th, 2012, 12:19 AM
Yeah, Stephen King for the win. I only said the Shining cause there are some things that you really only pick up on the second or third time you see it, making it slightly creepier every time :P

I must say i didn't notice, every time i watched it, it was on tv :).For more details i prefer to watch on pc.Tho i'm not sure what i could have missed:P
There is 1 scene, which can be a bit disturbing, in Dreamcatcher, when some guy poops an alien (if i remember right)...lol.But its actually hilarious :)

This is the most disturbing thing I've ever seen and I've seen stuff like Human Centipede I & II, and A Serbian Film.
The Human Centipede films are shit. There's lots of disturbing films out there but most are just bad. What you want is a disturbing film that can also be very good. A Serbian Film is OK. I liked it but then I watched some of the stuff the director said and it was just really fucking stupid, too stupid to say.
I've said it a billion times but Possession (1981) is by far the best disturbing film. Not only is it disturbing but is done so fucking well. One of my favorite movies.
Noroi The Curse freaked the living shit out of me at parts. I was on something when watching it though, so that might of played a part of it.
I guess I'll mention Snowtown, which is a true story. Some scenes that can bother the shit out of people but it's impossible to have anything phase me.
The Faces Of Death original documentary is a good mention too.
NO WAIT!
The most single fucked up motherfucking sickest film you'll ever see is Hell House. It's 110 percent real fucking stuff.

I'm pretty durable but strangely, as shitty as it was, Ju-on was the only film that has ever phased me. But it isn't like I watch a lot of the most disturbing of the genre. I've watched a fair amount for someone who doesn't like those types of films. And my mum was quite the horror film fanatic.
Saw? Psh. The only thing in Saw is the blood and I might as well be watching a scene of a little child frolicking through a meadow.

This question is so hard to answer because I rarely get disturbed by movies. I'm not sure why, I guess I just don't get too worked up over a movie. I have been putting off watching that Salo 120 Days Of Sodom movie for a few years because it genuinely seems terrifying lol. Although Cannibal Holocaust and Antichrist were particularly weird to be honest, but didn't disturb or affect me. Films like Human Centipede and Grotesque are just boring and crappy...I don't find them disturbing, I feel they're trying too hard to be fucked up but instead they're just making the movie look dumb and stupid.
My favorite movies in general include Martyrs and House Of 1000 Corpses and many people consider them as "most disturbing" but whatever.
The most single fucked up motherfucking sickest film you'll ever see is Hell House. It's 110 percent real fucking stuff.

As for Bad Taste, I didn't like it. I found it so boring! There was another Peter Jackson movie I felt the same way about called 'Dead Alive,' but I think it is usually called 'Braindead.' I was really disappointed because I love Peter Jackson's other movies 'Heavenly Creatures' and 'The Frighteners.'

I like to be disturbed when I watch movies though. I liked A Serbian Film. There are some creepy scenes in the Australian film The Tunnel, but it isn't exactly disturbing, unless you get freaked out by the whole suggestion thing, hearing sounds happening off screen and not seeing it, that sort of thing.

Most movies like that lose something if they show the monster. I guess that's why I liked this one, because you don't ever really get a good look. I thought the same thing about Cloverfield. But I guess if they didn't give a good enough look just as many people would say "It was stupid because you never even got to see what it was!"

Human centipede didn't bother be that much, however, Human Centipede 2 was the creepiest, oddest movie I've ever seen, not only was it poorly made and featured disgusting actors, but it was just disgusting as hell.
Teeth was also a bit disturbing, but for me I laughed the whole time, so I'd say it was a comedy haha

But the MOST disturbing movie ever is (Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom) and i'm sure any one would watch it will share me the same opinion, i think the people who made it was sick in there minds and all was abused while they were child in real life.
