You've probably changed your username within the past 6 months then; you have to wait till that 6 months is up. (Seeing as you've only been here for 4+ months and you've had 2 usernames, you've got at least 2 months until you can change your username again, maybe more.)

Hover your cursor over your username and you will see your old username and it hasn't been the 180 days yet :)
