This is completely normal and is normally caused by hormone changes while you're on your period. Don't worry about it.

I ALWAYS get really horny when I'm on my period. It sucks because you can't really finger yourself. I mean, I've had sex like once when I'm on my period, but then, things you can do are kinda limited, and it's a little awkward. Some guys honestly don't care, though.
