I am uncut as well but, I can pull my foreskin all the way back both soft and hard. in fact if I hold it back it looks like I'm cut. if I let it go it does kinda bunch up at the base of the head. unfortunately I've not had the opertunity to check out to many other uncut guys so Idk if mine is considered alot or just avg. so to me its normal.

Some people have incredibly tight foreskins. Mine was quite tight for a long time.
