So I just shaved my stomach hair, not all the way off just in a line. So my question is will the hair grow back? I just don't like the shaven look. Thanks guys.

Yes, it will grow back, but you just have to give it some time first; hair doesn't grow back 1,2,3. :P

Give it about 3 or 4 weeks, that's the way it is when I shave my pubes. I would imagine chest hair is the same way.

As rumors say it grows back faster and darker, it's been proven not true. However, after shaven the dullness makes the hair look darker when it's actually the same color

At your teenage years, hair around the body will grow back if it has been shaven. It differs from person to person how long.

It will grow back, but it's a false fact that it will grow back darker and faster. No evidence supports. It can take a week to grow back to a month, everyone's different. For me it takes like 2 weeks or so.

No. I don't know where you got your proof from but that's not true at all.

Yes, it will grow back. If you want to shave your chest hair, then you can, but if you want my opinion, I think you should just leave it and keep your chest hair. Shaving chest hair is a pain, mostly because you don't want any "stubble" or whatever on your chest. So as soon as it starts growing back, you have to go back and shave it all again. My advice would to be to just leave it and let it grow out. That way you don't have to go through the hassle of shaving it constantly. But like I said, it's your decision.

As for it growing back thicker, that is false. It's also false that you will grow more hair as you shave.

Of course your hair will grow back. Your body just needs to produce more melatonin.
