Tight foreskinn

Hey guys im pretty sure i have tight foreskin because it doesntvull back and ive never seen my penishead in my entire life. It doesnt cause me pain and i can still pee and ejaculate. Should i still ask to see a doctor? (btw foreskin looks more stretched around head)

had the same problem and was considering telling my doctor about it. Well lucky me, I had to get a physical for baseball and while he was down there, he noticed it and asked me about it. I told him that it was tight and couldn't be moved back, so he gave me a prescription for some cream that I would have to apply daily and stretch with.
If that didn't work, then he said he would've referred me to a surgeon to get a circumcision.

Is there no smell too? When I had a foreskin I also got this white creamy stuff under there. Sounds like to me you need to see a doctor. If he says you need to be circumcised, it is not a big deal.

i think you should talk to your doc, even though it hasnt given you trouble it can be serious and idk its not entirely normal.

I have/had this problem, mine is still a little tight but if you stretch it every day in the shower (not erect) eventually it will pull back and it feels kinda strange at first. Now mine come back easily and when erect it pulls back but it's quite difficult, I'm still stretching it. Good luck

I think you mean smegma, chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection.
