Constant Dry Lips

Alright, so i just realised that lately my lips have been rock dry. i've tried drinking half a litre of water and upto 4 glasses of drink. But they're always dry.... Any ideas?

Have you tried lip balm or Vaseline? They helped me a bunch when I got dry lips.

Well, if I get seriously chapped lips I rub olive oil into them. When my lips are healthy, I exfoliate with sugar so that they don't get dry again. Just keep something like chapstick or vaseline or olive oil on your lips until they aren't dry any more.

Chap stick is your best bet; try to warm it up before applying though, it helps it work better.

For chapstick, I get this from Walgreens and probably at other places, but I use "Chapstick Renewal." It comes with a daytime and nightime formula, and its the cream kind of chapstick. It works Great!!!
