I think cardio exercise is best way to get good results in natural way and be fit,
i also doing cardio exercise in morning...
this exercise is best for sports and also for stay healthy and fit ....

cardio is needed yes, allows u to have a good heart health. but doing resisitance training allows you to push ur body allowing it to get stronger. more muscle you have the more calories you burn while at rest. not going saying that u only need resistance training just saying that you need both to allow urself to live a fit healthy lifestyle
