So this sounds extremely dumb. But I'm asking this because my abs only show if I flex them a certain way. So what I do for them to show, is I breathe out so I have little air left, and then I flex them and they're like 40-60% more visible. Whenever I just flex my stomach area they don't show and they're is like a little "air bubble" left, like right in the center of my chest (where my lung bones start to go away). Like 2 inches below my nips and then moved to the center is where that trapped air is at. So whenever I breathe out and flex my abs are visible. Is this normal? And how do you flex your abs to become visible?

It was something that I had to figure out on my own actually I bet its the same for alot of people who had to learn how to manually, Its kind of hard to explain but try focusing on your abdominal muscles and try to flex them at the same time, I don't know but that technique is what I used to learn how to wiggle my ears, exept I focused on my ear muscles instead.

I don't have to flex either, but I have more of a skinny pack, or a lack of fat on my stomach, than anything else haha
