use a razor and a verrrrrrrry steady hand... Personally I have a very good electric razor that I use down there also

Always shave from Button to top!!!

Hold your balls and pull down slightly, tight enough where the skin is visible around each one, but not so much that it hurts, use TONS AND TONS of shaving cream (NEVER use an electric razor, it will hurt like a B----.) and slowly manipulate your testies so that you can get the hair, keep rinsing the razor and use lotion when you're done.
(No lotion almost immediately means herpes-like razorburn no matter how well you shave, the skin is way too sensitive to just shave and be done)

I use nair hair remover but, the beard trimmer on an electric razor or a disposable razor and shaving cream should work fine. :) Do take your time because razor burn and cuts are no fun.
