Hmm Shall I?

So recently i've been seriously considering coming out to one of my best friends (who's a girl). I'm completely in the closet and no one knows that im gay. I have 2 concerns. 1: I met her this year, but we've bonded and are fantastic friends. However, would it be too soon to come out to her? I know that her mom isnt a homophobic person and i dont really think she is either. 2: In a way, i kinda think she has a crush on me. Could me coming out to her possible ruin our friendship if she were to have a crush on me and then finding out i am gay?

Really consider how well you trust this friend. It's not so much about how long you've known her as it is how well you know her. Be careful if you don't want to risk being outed.

That said, if you can trust her, it's a geat feeling to be accepted and have a friend you can confide.

the first person I came out to was my cousin she was real cool about it and never told anyone.
