I just had mine (13), I think it's still happening it's been noticed from the new year

when i was 14 I was 5' tall
15 I was 5'5"
16 I am 5'10"


The past two summers I grew 5" each time. I don't grow during the school year. My doc says most kids are the same in that they grow more when they are getting good sleep and I don't get nearly enough during the school year.

I actually hope I don't grow any more or much more. My dad is 6'5", mom is 5'7", so I def don't wanna be as tall as my dad. It's just too much and I've seen him struggle with seats in air planes, some cars, harder to find clothes etc.

So if your short or normal, be content.

Also, I think there is a web site that calculates your final height based on your age, current height and parents height. If you google around, I'm sure you'll find it.

I dont know, I guess around 13. Its hard to tell when I started because I have idiopathic scoliosis( about 50 degrees curve) which means I am suppose to be 2-3inches taller than I am at the moment.

It only took a couple of months.
I went from 5'9 - 6'0 in a couple months time.
It went really quick, but it went back to normal quickly. But I have only grown about 2.25 inches since then, but being 14, I probably still got a lot of growing to go.

I had my growth spurt between 8th and 9th grade, went from 5'2" to 5'11" in 5-6 months.
