im a straight 16 year old guy. ive been talking to this girl for a while now and at frist it was major flirting but the. we really started to like eachother. so we slowed it down and its going really well. its not akward or weird for either of us but when we were major flirting a pic of each of us... a bad one was sent. we both deleted them and now only send regular ones. al the messages about them were deleted also but i was wondering what happens if u get caught. does a face have to be showing or how much proof do they need. and really how much trouble would u get in?

thanks for any and all comments.

you mean you sent nude pictures of each other?
or what?
I think that if you deleted them there's a really small chance of being caught. but if you get caught, the face is supposed to be on the picture or some marks that can clearly show that it's the right person.

Since it was mutually consensual, it's not going to be that big of a deal and you're pretty unlikely to get caught anyway.
As for identification, there needs to be hard evidence that it is the person you think it is: either a face or, as that girl ^^ said, a distinguishing mark.

ok thanks. that helps alot. we didnt have faces but she had a mark. thats pretty obvious. but since theyre deleted and we dont plan in sending ones like that again i should be okay right? i was also wondering what signifies that kind of pic. gebitalia showing obviously but if she sends simething like a pose with cleavage or a swimsuit or underwear, which she hasnt and dont plan in btw. is that still illeagal?
