So I got tapatalk, where is the chat room?

You can't get chat on any phone whether you have Tapatalk or not (if i'm not mistaken). You're just going to have to find a computer for chat.

Well, you need to think. Now you can view the forums in a good view because without it on some online forums are hard to view.

The app was more meant for the forum and not that chatroom, the chat requires Java, I believe and only computers have that, where smart phones, tablets, etc do not.

Tapatalk only works for the forums. The chat room is a forum add on which is from some software called "addonchat inc." or something close to that, and they provide the chat room. Since phones do not come loaded with a compatible version of Java, they do not support addon chat, and therefore only computers do.
Look at the good news though, you have another useful app :) Tapatalk is the only software i've seen of it's kind. I have never come across any other mobile phone forum software, and it integrates perfectly with VT. It has all the basic actions of the forum and more!
