Problem with avatar.

I uploaded a new avatar earlier but my old avatar (the Gir one with waffles) is still there. What's the problem?

After you uploaded the avatar, did it say that it was successfully uploaded, and once you went back to the "edit avatar" page, did it have the new avatar in the box?

Try it again and make sure that the above happens
