Okay so, by the half-end of the summer, I will be fully-recovered by my future Hip-Replacement Surgery.
I was wondering if it's possible to get decently visible muscles (or strength) by summers end.
If not, how long would it take? I want to impress a girl (I know it's silly, but hey, I'm quite scrawny anyways)
Thanks!

but the end of the summer im looking at having my 8 pack and V taper, u can do it easily, u just have to put in the time and effort with right workout. and sure physical attraction is needed to initiate that first attraction, but if u have nothing there when u open ur mouth no amount of muscle is going to help

Hi there,
In 2010 I actually shattered my hip in a mountain biking downhill race.
All up recovering was around 3-4 months to normal from the incident.
I lost weight and obviously couldn't do much physical activity, and became scrawny.
I used protein shakes (still do) as well as a dietary supplement for a a time period (a few weeks on doctors orders, don't touch them if not necessary) and I was as strong as I was before the accident after another 2-3 months.
All the best in your recovery!
