Well, it may not be exactly 100, but I like that number, so...
Anyways,i have been free from self harm and smoking for a hundred days. I wish I could say that I haven't been popping,but...
I haven't been able to say that on over a year. Big accomplishment for me so I had to make this dumb thread. Well...it's late and I have a test tomorrow so....

Whether it has been 100 days or 4000 days, it's still a lot and you deserve congratulations. It's hard, but you are doing great, keep it up! :beerchug:

I have reached my goal 1 year :) Im delighted.

What I did was set goals I wanted to reach it helps alot

That's amazing, it takes a lot of strength and to reach 100 for both self harm and smoking is doubly hard. You've proved you can do it now, don't give up. :)
