hi, im a 19 year old guy from sweden who loves to work out at the gym and play games.
i found my way to this forum when i was trying to find help.
i've had a long history with self harm and needed somewhere to talk about it as i don't have anyone i can talk to about these things.
i've had alot of problems including selfhatred and depresion which has kept me down the path of self harm, but i still don't know how it all started.
maybe not the happiest introduction but atleast it's something :wub:
